Ordering from YOGS

Ye Olde Genealogie Shoppe accepts orders by phone or through the mail.  We also accept orders online.  Orders may be paid by credit card, personal checks, and money order.  YOGS accepts Mastercharge, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards.

Shipping

Standard shipping is via U.S. Mail at a flat rate of $7.00 (includes delivery confirmation) per order.

Refund Policy

We have been providing individuals, societies and libraries with publications and products for more than 30 years, but it is always possible that a damaged or defective book or other item may be sent to you. We apologize for your inconvenience and will gladly make an exchange for the same title or item, if available. If that item is no longer in our stock, we will give you a credit usable on any other item in our stock, a credit to your account or a refund check. When you need to return an item, please contact our office by telephone, mail or e-mail for instructions. Please be sure to include your name, address and telephone with written correspondence. Thank you for your cooperation.
