Ordering and Shipping Information
Ordering from YOGS
Ye Olde Genealogie Shoppe accepts orders by phone, fax, or through the mail. We will also soon be accepting orders online, watch for our new shopping cart pages. Orders may be paid by credit card, personal checks, and money order. YOGS accepts Mastercharge, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards.

Shipping
Standard shipping is via U.S. Mail at a flat rate of $5.00 per order, optional UPS shipping is available, ask about it when you place your order.
Refund Policy
We have been providing individuals, societies and libraries with publications and products for more than 30 years, but it is always possible that a damaged or defective book or other item may be sent to you. We apologize for your inconvenience and will gladly make an exchange for the same title or item, if available. If that item is no longer in our stock, we will give you a credit usable on any other item in our stock, a credit to your account or a refund check. When you need to return an item, please contact our office by telephone, mail or e-mail for instructions. Please be sure to include your cooperation.
